Dedicated training facilitates understanding of use, administration and customisation of the installed solutions.

Dedicated teams ensure successful completion of all stages in the training process from the introductory phase (user) through to further training (administrator): identify and analyse requirements, pre-established certification programme, inter- or intra-company training, adapting media to each specific requirement.
